Carrefour has set up a CSR and Food Transition Index in order to monitor the achievement of the objectives set, to evaluate its CSR performance and to mobilise the teams internally. Designed to measure the performance of CSR policies over several years, the index sets an annual target for 17 indicators.
In 2021, the CSR and Food Transition Index was published for the first time on a multi-year basis. In 2022, Carrefour exceeds its extra-financial objectives measured by its CSR and Food Transition Index with a score of 109%.
