They love its simplicity and accessibility and over 90,000 accounts are already up and running. The keys to its success? From the outset, C-zam has been available through a wide distribution network comprising 3,000 Carrefour sales outlets (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores) and the rueducommerce website, a distribution model aligned with the needs and uses of consumers, particularly young people.

What is C-zam?
The first self-service current account that anyone can open and activate online, which is not subject to any income conditions and has no overdraft facility.
A first in France, responding to the increasingly connected lifestyle of consumers: after buying the start-up pack, signing up is quick – it takes just a few minutes on the app or the website, then the MasterCard bank card is activated immediately and a PIN provided.
A multi-use account for families to create a holiday fund, manage leisure or shopping budgets or use as their main account, with transparent pricing and no time commitment.

The C-zam start-up pack costs €5.00 and includes an international MasterCard that customers can set up and activate online. It is available from more than 3,000 Carrefour stores (hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores) and on
C-zam is a fully digital current account with no overdraft facility. It's a simple product that customers can use independently to manage their budgets and spending, with complete peace of mind.
The account can be activated in just a few minutes on the C-zam app or the website. Customers can then use their C-zam account and card straight away and will also receive their bank account details.
Anyone over the age of 18 can open a C-zam account, regardless of their income. No minimum deposit is required and all banking fees are easy to understand and completely transparent: €1.00 per month with no commitment.
