This IGR is one of 20 French centres specializing in cancerology. It has three aims: Care, Research and Teaching. It is the leading Cancerology Research Centre in Europe. The IGR has ten research units which, in association with universities, INSERM and the CNRS, are currently conducting several research programmes into the mechanisms of cancerology and therapeutic innovation.
