The Fondation de la 2e Chance operates under the authority of the Fondation de France, which guarantees the transparency of its accounts.Created in 1998, it aims to support people aged between 18 and 55 facing difficulties at school, university or at work by offering them the human, technical and financial resources to overcome them. They must demonstrate a real desire to seize this second chance and, once they have personally benefited from the scheme, they take part in social initiatives to help others who, in their turn, have appealed to the Fondation de la 2e Chance.
