Carrefour launches a new digital service: monAuto.fr
Carrefour is expanding the selection of services it provides with monAuto.fr. Designed to simplify the day-to-day life of its customers, Carrefour has designed this new site to provide garage services, as well as numerous online car accessories.
monAuto.fr: an innovative service
monAuto.fr is part of Carrefour's digital ecosystem and provides customers with access to a range of services for every possible car thanks to a customisation facility. The service is agreed and arranged in its entirety on the website (the vehicle is identified, a quote is issued and then payment is made), and is then carried out by one of the 1500 partner garages closest to the customer's home.
The whole idea is to provide car owners with an online route that is faster and even more fluid.
monAuto.fr can be used to schedule vehicle services, oil changes, tire changes, brake checks or even to have air con systems recharged.
Developed with French start-up Avatacar – a subsidiary of the Massa group specialised in car services – monAuto.fr can be used to book manufacturer-guaranteed services that are up to 20% cheaper than those offered by other players in the sector.
A mobile offering in four major French cities
monAuto.fr can be used to book mobile garage services in Paris and its surrounding area, as well as Bordeaux, Nice and Lyon, making people's lives even easier. Service providers travel to customers’ homes or to locations chosen by customers for an even faster experience.
Carrefour, a fully-fledged multichannel retailer
With monAuto.fr, Carrefour is further growing its digital ecosystem and its range of online services. monAuto.fr now sits alongside the banner's other online services, such as Ooshop, Greenweez and GrandsVinsPrivés.com.
