Following the change in the group’s management structure approved today at Carrefour’s Shareholders’ Assembly, Jose Luis Durán, appointed Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors, has named his Executive Committee.

The Carrefour Shareholders’ Assembly, which met today under the chairmanship of Amaury de Sèze, approved by a large majority all of the resolutions that were put to vote.
