Answer 2 : You will find complete information about Carrefour share on the "Carrefour Share" page within the Finance section. This section features information about the stock's price as well as the share price history, the dividend and the capital structure.

Bearer shares
Bearer share accounts are held by your financial intermediary and are therefore not known to Carrefour.
Registered shares
There are 2 ways in which shareholders may hold registered shares:
Intermediary registered shares
Your portfolio of shares is held by your financial intermediary, which is responsible for managing the portfolio.
Your shares are however registered in Carrefour’s accounts, which enables us to identify you and make direct contact with you.
Directly registered shares
Your shares are registered directly and solely in Carrefour’s accounts, which enables us to provide you with a bespoke service.
Your shares are registered in a shareholding account opened with CACEIS Corporate Trust, which manages the Carrefour shareholding service.
- Question 8 - What are the advantages of holding shares in registered form?
Answer 8 : When you hold directly or intermediary registered shares, you benefit from the following advantages:
Guaranteed personalised information service
Prior to General Meetings, we will send the following directly to your home:
- the meeting convening notice;
- a postal voting form including the application form for an entrance pass.
Our shareholders’ newsletters will also be sent to you automatically.
Finally, you will have access to a telephone helpline at CACEIS Corporate Trust, which manages the Carrefour shareholding service.
Double voting right
Each share that has been held in registered form for at least 2 years benefits from a double voting right.
Preferential access to the company’s General Meetings
The holders of registered shares are automatically invited to attend General Meetings and need not accomplish any prior formality.
If you opt for directly registered shares, you will furthermore benefit from:
Free management of your shares.
The holders of registered shares do not pay any custody fees or any of the fees inherent in the day-to-day management of their securities.
Access to the Olis website : www.olisnet.com/actionnaire
The secured Olis website (access with a login sent by the CACEIS Corporate Trust and a personalised password) allows you to check your personal data (postal address, fiscal address, bank information), to display the situation of your account and the record of your operations.
- Question 9 - How do I record share certificates as pure registered
Answer 9 : For directly registered share transfers, all you need to do is fill in and sign a share transfer request form and send it to your financial intermediary. Your financial intermediary will then send your request to CACEIS Corporate Trust. As soon as it receives your shares, CACEIS Corporate Trust, the company commissioned by Carrefour to manage registered share accounts, will send you the corresponding share registration certificate. CACEIS Corporate Trust will become your only contact.

- Question 10 - How do I take part in the annual shareholders' meeting?
Answer 10 : Complete information about participating in Carrefour's annual shareholders' meeting is found on the “Shareholders' annual meeting” page within the Shareholder's corner section.
- Question 11 - What is the amount of the 2009 dividend ?
Answer 11 : 2009 dividend amount per share was 1.08€. It has been paid on May 12th, 2010.
